This drawing was done in pencil, and is a drawing of a Chocolate Lab. The eyes were really quite challenging to see from the reference photograph, but overall I'm really pleased.

Welcome to my new blog!!!  I'm so excited to be sharing with you my Pet Portrait Art. Over the next little while, I'm going to take a look at different media, compositions, backgrounds, and of course explore the variety of domesticated pets that are painted.
